Cigar Legislation: Oakwood, OH Bans Smoking On City Property

On Monday the city council for Oakwood, OH passed a smoking ban for all city property.  The new ordinance will encompass all city owned property including parks.  This new ordinance comes after complaints from residents near parks and is the first of its kind in Montgomery County.
