Tatuaje CiGWAR 2015 (Short Review)

As you may know, Pete Johnson of Tatuaje Cigars introduced the CiGWAR last year during the annual GWAR B-Q. Pete has continued the tradition with a new release of the CiGWAR for 2015. Only 1,500 packs of 3 were released for 2015. The key difference in this year’s release, aside from the new artwork, is the use of an Ecuadorian Sancti Spiritus Maduro wrapper instead of the Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper used in last year’s release. Cigar Review: LAT SS .38 Special by L’Atelier

Last year L’Atelier Imports released the Selection Speciale, this cigar is based on the L’Atelier core line but features a higher priming of the Sancti Spiritus wrapper giving a slightly darker appearance. L’Atelier Imports cigars are blended by Pete Johnson and are made at the My Father factory in Nicaragua. L’Atelier is a company run by Pete and his brother KC as well as a close group of friends.
